We offer an exchange-only policy for uniform orders, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The uniform item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• The item must have the original tags still attached.

By purchasing, you confirm that you have measured yourself as accurately as possible against the provided measurements, selected a fit and size based on these measurements, and understand that if the uniform item does not fit, you are responsible for the cost of return postage to the ACWMAH Head Office at:
69 Brandl Street, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113, Australia.

Upon receipt of the uniform item in new condition with tags attached, we will send a replacement in your requested fit and size within 2 months.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if items are defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size based on your measurements. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at admin@acwm.edu.au and send your item to the address above.

Shipping your exchange
You are responsible for paying for the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are exchanging a more expensive uniform item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

All uniform orders are shipped from:

• Shirts: These are basic orders and will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

• Jackets: These are special orders and may take up to 6 weeks to be posted.

Once your uniform order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
